TERMS OF SALE

Ordering

All orders must be accomplied with a minimum of 50 percent non-refundable deposit, balance paid prior to shipping. All international orders payments must be by Bank Wire Transfer and paid in full. All USA orders must be cerified check, Bank Wire Transfer or credit card if authorized. Personal and company checks for USA orders must clear prior to shipping. USA federal, state and local government purchase orders accepted when authorized by FLOATOGRAPH. Customs, Duties, Import Taxes, Fees and other national requirements are the responsibiliy of the buyer. Indiana and Maryland orders must add applicable sales tax. If the product is accepted at or if a consignee desigates a shipping company, must add applicable sales tax. If tax exempt, include a resale certificate.

Some orders may require a minimum of 75 percent non-refundable deposit or more, balance paid prior to shipping. See quote.

Credit Card Orders - may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order.
Credit Card Orders - ship to and bill to addresses must be the same.
Credit Card Orders - may be verified prior to shipping via FAXED documents.
Credit Card Orders - may be billed in full, at time of order, unless specified.
Credit Card Orders - orders must be 'Quoted' prior to acceptance.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS, transfer companies, US Mail, or shipping companies for cost plus packaging or handling, or is included in the cost of the product. Tracking number supplied upon request. All orders are processed in order received. Military Orders Have Priority! Delivery schedules are subject to delay due to volume of orders. Orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address.

Return Policy

All non-stocked products are considered special orders, and are NOT subject to cancellation; exceptions may listed above . Due to the nature of our product lines, products may be used once to complete a mission and then no longer needed or are custom made. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Returns must Be Authorized by Floatograph Technologies, LLC & under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless accompanied by a properly marked RA (Return Authorization) number. RA and shipping instructions may be obtained by contacting Floatograph Technologies, LLC by e-mail (or phone). Return product via UPS or U.S. Mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. Floatograph Technologies, LLC cannot refund shipping fees. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt, unless defective. (RA - Return Authorization, is still required.) Discontinued items are not returnable. Returns are subject to a 50% (or more, depending on the product) restocking fee of the total order price and all other charges and must be approved prior to returning product.

Warranty

Floatograph Technologies, LLC guarantees all products manufactured or modified by Floatograph Technologies, LLC to be free of defects in workmanship and material for one year after sale to customer. Products not manufactured by Floatograph Technologies, LLC will carry the manufacturers warranty. Floatograph Technologies, LLC will replace or repair, at their discretion providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. Devices may be hermetically sealed. Any device which has been altered and or opened shall void said warranty and purchaser waives any and all rights to make any claims. Balloons, blimps, and aerostats have a 90 day warranty defects in workmanship and material, except for balloons, blimps, and aerostats that have been improperly stored. Warranty is not transferable. Because we can not control all actions during the operation of our products, client components and equipment attached to our products will not be covered by Floatograph warranty. In the event of any Floatograph products failing and causing damage(s) to clients components or equipment attached to our product, clients components or equipment will not be covered under our warranty.

Legal Status of Products

It is the responsibility of the Buyer (Not Floatograph Technologies, LLC) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal (national) laws in regard to possession and use of any item manufactured or sold by Floatograph Technologies, LLC. Consult your attorney regarding local, state, and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title III 18 U.S.C., Section 2511.

Miscellaneous

Prices are subject to change. Product styles may vary. We assume no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and we are not responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising out of the use or misuse of these products. By placing an order, the buyer signifies agreement to these Terms of Sale.
